Warranty & Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the item(48 hours in case of damage). Where a refund is accepted, and the item has been shipped with free postage, then up to 20% of the final value price or $10 which ever is the greatest will be deducted to cover postage and handling costs.
If your item does not fit you can return it to us in a self addressed pre paid satchel and we will send an alternative size for you. All orders are to be returned in original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. Please include your invoice and a note of the size you would like to exchange for.
If you are not sure then you can include a note of your measurements and we will be happy to recommend a size. For exchanges, please also include a pre-paid addressed satchel so that we can send the new item to you.
